Career Passport Internship Program
Project RISE (Reaching for Independent Successful Employment) presents the Children’s Mercy Career Passport Program, an opportunity to explore career choices and gain valuable work experience through paid internships at the hospital. Project RISE is a program at Children’s Mercy that provides employment and volunteer opportunities, as well as career guidance to individuals with a disability or health condition.
Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age.
- Received care at Children's Mercy for a chronic health condition or disability.
- Interested in an internship to gain work experience in a hospital setting.
Internship Sessions
- Winter 2024 - December to February
- Spring 2025 - March to May
- Summer 2025 - June to August
