Prepare for your visit

Recent updates at our Adele Hall Campus (Downtown)

Entrance changes

We have made some changes to how families, patients and visitors enter the hospital. These changes reduce entry points in order to ensure the safety of all visitors.

Visitors to inpatient towers, clinics and several areas within the hospital, will need to pass through our main lobby on the Ground floor and check in with Guest Services before proceeding to their destination. All visitors age 18 and older will need to show a photo ID.

If you have questions or need directions, please speak with one of our Guest Services specialists (wearing a green shirt) or one of our volunteers (wearing a vest that says “Volunteer”).

Please excuse the noise!

Construction Zone: Building better care for kids

Our emergency room is under construction as we make updates and build our mental health crisis center. You may hear noises or feel vibrations during your visit.
We apologize for the disruption and thank you for your patience. These improvements will help us provide even better care for kids and families.

Thank you for your understanding.

Parents and guardians of children are given a wristband which welcomes them 24 hours a day.
