Happy holidays! Some of our locations and services may have adjusted hours during the holiday season. See below for details.

Emergency Room

Our two emergency rooms will remain open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In case of emergency, please call 911 immediately.

Urgent Care

Our three urgent care locations will observe our normal hours: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Because we are experiencing high volumes, we are asking families to schedule urgent care appointments online using Save My Spot.

Please check our hours below before coming to our locations for lab draws, X-rays, ultrasounds or other medical imaging.

Outpatient Lab: 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Outpatient Radiology: X-ray only, available 24 hours with an order from a provider

Outpatient Radiology: X-ray open normal hours (10 a.m. to 8 p.m.)

Children’s Mercy Broadway
Outpatient Lab: Open normal hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
Outpatient Radiology: X-ray open 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Children’s Mercy East
Outpatient Lab:  Open normal hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
Outpatient Radiology: Ultrasound and X-ray open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.; all other services closed

Children’s Mercy Northland
Outpatient Lab: Open normal hours (3 p.m. to 5 p.m. – by appointment only)
Outpatient Radiology: Open normal hours (8 a.m. to 8 p.m.)

Children’s Mercy Hospital Kansas
Outpatient Lab: Open normal hours (7 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
Radiology: X-ray only, available 24 hours with an order from a provider
