Recognize a Children’s Mercy Team Member
We strive to give our patients and families top-tier health care and a warm and welcoming experience. If you received excellent care or had a wonderful experience with one of our team members, we want to hear about it. Please select from the options below.

The BEE Award
The BEE (Being Excellent Every Day) Award celebrates Children's Mercy team members who exemplify quality service, extraordinary care, and a willingness to go the extra mile for patients and families.
The BEE Award recognizes team members outside of nursing for going above and beyond, including unit secretaries, environmental services, facilities, food service, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, physical therapists, security, and more.
Patients and families, fellow employees, or visitors can nominate a staff member for one of these awards.

The CARE award is given to a team member that demonstrates the core values of Children’s Mercy (kindness, curiosity, inclusion, team and integrity), go above and beyond expectations and have made a difference in the life of a patient, visitor or colleague.
Patients and families, fellow employees or visitors can nominate a team member for one of these awards.
