Our Guest Services team is located at all entry points of our Children’s Mercy Adele Hall Campus and Children’s Mercy Hospital Kansas locations. Our team of Guest Services Specialists and Volunteers can assist you with general hospital information, escorting you to your in-hospital destinations as needed, and issuing visitor badges.

What to expect when visiting Children’s Mercy:
- All patients, families, and visitors must go through the security screening process, which includes a weapons detection and government-issued ID check for those over 16 years of age.
- We suggest arriving early at your scheduled appointment to allow time for parking, check-in, and walking to your destination.
- Available at Adele Hall Children’s Mercy only, complimentary Valet services are available for families.
