About the Study

Chronic Uveitis: A Study Looking at Social Factors and Uveitis Outcomes

This study is for children: • Between 0-22 years old • Must have chronic uveitis • Must be seen in the Uveitis Clinic at Children's Mercy The purpose of this study is to understand whether social factors (like zip codes, access to transportation, etc.) impact uveitis. Patients who participate will complete a one-time survey during a clinic appointment.
